My name is Courtney Cady and I am Senior Property Manager with FirstService Residential. I manage and oversee 64 Condominium Associations within Kings Point in Delray Beach, which consists of 127 garden style buildings, or 5,280 units in an active adult community.

All Florida Pest Control has been the primary service provider for over ten years offering an array of services. They fertilize and treat over four miles of perimeter hedge for spiraling white fly on top of the exterior building pest control for 127 buildings spanning 68 acres of land. They offer additional services ranging from general interior pest control, rodent control, red ant treatment, termite treatment and spiraling white fly treatment on both hedges and palms.

I have had the genuine pleasure of working with Kyle Rourke for the past three years, and his professionalism and customer service is superior in this industry. Her attention to detail and follow up skills is what took care of our mosquitoes and termite issues; she helped with giving us clarification on issues between the towers and made it easier to move forward with the project. She also made herself available to the manager and B.O.D on a short request without any hesitation.  I believe she is an asset that should be recognized and commend for her hard work.

He is a great representation of the type of service your company is known for; helpful, attentive and thorough. Each time he is coming by, I receive a call from him asking if I have any specific concerns or issues going on. I cannot tell you how much that simple question means to me. He is not checking a box or just following protocol, he genuinely cares about the needs of my home. Thank you so much for everything you do!

I was contacted within an hour. Work was scheduled for the next day. Tech arrived on time, explained what his plan was and executed it.

I wanted to take the opportunity to share with you my experience working with one of your employees. Mr. Yasiel Lopez has been servicing our property for quite some time, and though I have always seen him as a respectful person, it was until recently that I was able to learn firsthand how professional and committed he is to his work. I would like for you to know that Yasiel not only does his job, but goes above and beyond to make sure that the clients are satisfied with their service. He has been treating the units at the property I manage for termites in the past few weeks, and my residents have mentioned how respectful and efficient he is. Furthermore, last week I asked him to reschedule a service and towards the end of the day I reached out to see if he could return as there was a unit that had live termites. Mr. Lopez made and effort and returned to my property to service said unit. Through this I would like to express my gratitude to Yasiel and congratulate you for having such an asset in your company. Because of individuals like him it’s truly a pleasure to work with All Florida Pest Control. Keep up the good work!

Pedro comes out right away to co duct an inspection and gave me helpful solutions. He tried to help me but not pushing to sell their services, I felt they are honest and professional, Thanks. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU for the terrific service you always provide for Sun Terrace at The Oaks. You have understood the needs of the community and the residents have appreciated the quality of your work and you and your staffs work ethic. The care, attention and timely service we have received and continue to receive is unmatched.

Just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a great job Danny Navarro has been doing on my property for the last few months. Over the past few months, Danny started to personally service my property and immediately there was a marked difference. Now, my yard is the greenest it has ever been.  So much that my next door neighbor asked me what I was doing different because the yard looked so great. I told him about All Florida Pest Control and he wants a quote to service his property as well.

Kemar and Manny did an excellent job servicing my home as well as my neighbor’s home. They are pleasant to be with and are very nice. We are really happy and have nothing but good things to say ever since All Florida Pest Control began working with us.

My husband and I would like to let you know how much we appreciate the services provided to us by Manny Segurola in our unit at the Bermuda Building in Hallandale Beach.   We have had problems with termites for at least 30 years…off and on. As such, we have had so many other termite companies who have sent technicians who did absolutely nothing to help with the termite problem. The frustration has been overwhelming. I am sincere when I say that NONE of them have provided the knowledge, patience, tenacity and pride in what they do as Manny. While the problem is not totally resolved, I will tell you that there is an extreme difference so we know that Manny is on the right track.

Manny, in our opinion, is the best of the best in what he does and we feel we would be remiss in not letting you know how pleased and satisfied we are with him. For us, finally knowing that someone cares about helping us is nothing we have experienced down here before. His expertise is off the charts and you should know how much he is appreciated. Manny is polite, patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and at the very top of his game! You should be proud to have him represent your company and to have him as an employee.

Oscar is a resident in the property West Bay Plaza Condominium in Miami Beach, he called in to advise that Enmanuel is doing a fantastic job. He stated he is very good and is a nice gentleman.

She stated they are pleasant to be with and are very nice. Sharon said her neighbors are really happy as well and they have nothing but good things to say ever since we took over. Great job guys!
